Questions we hear most
Most full kitchens run eight to twelve weeks on site, after design and material selections are finalized. Bathrooms are usually four to six weeks. Permitting and custom cabinet lead times are the two things that move that schedule most.
We handle it. Layout, cabinetry, finishes and fixture selections are part of the project, and you will see the plan before anything is ordered or demolished.
It depends on the size of the room and the level of finish. After a free consultation we give you a written scope and a fixed price, so there is no guessing partway through.
Usually yes. We dust-wall the work area, protect floors and pathways, and clean the site at the end of every day. For whole-home renovations we will talk through phasing.
Yes. Licensing, bonding and insurance details are provided in writing with your proposal before any work begins.
